European and American stocks gain ahead of US Fed decision: market news

European shares are rising together with US futures as investors are waiting for decision of US Federal Reserve System in regards to interest rate hike. Dollar gained together with US Treasuries yield. Emerging markets currencies continue sliding. Euro is fluctuating ahead of European Central Bank meeting.

European shares are rising together with US futures as investors are waiting for decision of US Federal Reserve System in regards to interest rate hike. Dollar gained together with US Treasuries yield, which is 2,96% today.

Emerging markets currencies continue sliding. Turkish lira lost 1,8% today and costs 4,6799 per dollar. MSCI Index for Emerging Markets decreased by 0,6%.

Leaders of Stoxx Europe 600 today are IT-companies. Index itself rose by 0,2%. Britain FTSE and German DAX indexes both rose by 0,1%.

Euro is fluctuating ahead of European Central Bank meeting. British pound lost 0,3% among new Brexit hurdles and inflation data. It costs $1,3328. Italian bonds increased, yield of 1o-year debt is 2,777% today.

Earlier in Asia Japanese shares grew up, yen fell by 0,2% to 110,63 per dollar. Stocks in Hong Kong and Australia declined.

Oil dropped due to increased US stockpiles. WTI oil is trading at $66,11 a barrel, Brent oil costs $75,41 a barrel. Price of gold has been going down two days in a row and now is $1294,31 per ounce.
