Last month Ryanair Holding Plc cancelled flights for 100000 passengers, as budget airline was hurt by strikes in five countries simultaneously, as well as by air traffic control disruptions in Europe, Bloomberg reports.

This August the company cancelled 550 flights, while last year this number reached just 27 flights. Pilots in Germany, Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands and Sweden left their working places on August 10.

Last week carrier signed it first union contract in Italy. It is close to make a deal with pilots in Dublin.
