Asian stock market is falling, no time for recovery

It seemed that Asian stock market licked its wounds and started to recover, however, oil price fell, while signs of China’s economy slowdown are too obvious, Bloomberg reports.

It seemed that Asian stock market licked its wounds and started to recover, however, oil price fell, while signs of China’s economy slowdown are too obvious, Bloomberg reports.

As a result, index of region’s equities lost all its weekly gains and is ready to show seven-week decline today. It shall be noted that the market already lost $4,3 trillion of its value this year.

Energy companies show the biggest losses, IT-giants follow. Tencent Holdings lost almost 4% already.

Data shows obvious slowdown of consumption in China: cars sales fell for five months

Baidu Inc. и Alibaba Group Holding cannot resist to lower economic growth.

Finally, strengthening dollar make the existing situation even worse, as well as solid intentions of US Fed to raise interest rates in December.

Factory inflation in China slows down four months in a row. Stocks of China and Hong Kong lost more than 1% on Friday. Hang Seng Index fell by 2,4%, while Shanghai Composite declined by 1,3%. Japanese Nikkei lost 1,1%.
