According to Bloomberg, Europe stocks fell today after Asian indexes declined amid concern about slowing Chinese economy. Dollar gained. Stocks and currencies of emerging markets declined.

According to Bloomberg, Europe stocks fell today after Asian indexes declined amid concern about slowing Chinese economy and steps that country’s officials are taking to prevent it.

Dollar gained after central bank assured that it is going to stick with its intention to raise interest rates in December.

Mining and energy companies showed the biggest losses within Stoxx Europe 600. Oil price is falling along with price of industrial metals.

Stocks and currencies of emerging markets declined.

Below are the main moves on the market by the middle of the day:

Stoxx Europe 600 index fell by 0,5%, while S&P 500 futures lost 0,4%. Asian-Pacific MSCI Index declined by 1%, while gauge for emerging markets lost 1,6%.

Bloomberg Dollar Spot Index gained 0,2%. Euro fell by 0,3% to level of $1,1333. British pound reversed gains and fell by 0,4% to $1,3008. Japanese yen is 0,2% up to 113,86 per dollar.

US Treasuries yield is down to 3,20%, yield of 10-year German bonds declined to 0,43%.

Price of WTI oil fell by 1,2% to below $60 level. It is traded for $59,92 per barrel. Price of gold is 0,3% down to $1220,38 per ounce.
