Leader of Bank of England thinks that Chinese financial system is a large risk to global financial stability, Reuters writes.

Among domestic risks to the UK, Carney mentions Brexit, growing Britons' debt and cyber attacks on banking system.

China is a great source of global economy growth. At the same time financial center of the country develops too fast accumulating many assumptions similar to those that were observed before last financial crisis. This is why according to Carney, new financial crisis cannot be excluded if bankers and regulators do not take situation seriously.

Good news is that banks now have to hold much more significant capital volume to protect it and public from such crisis.
